The Ultimate Planning & Co-ordination service!
All Rainbow packages begin with a complementary initial consultation where we discuss your ideas and dreams for your wedding day. We add a few ideas drawn from our experience and suggest ways of meeting your individual needs. From this meeting we put together your package, showing all the tasks we will be undertaking on your behalf. Should you wish to proceed another meeting is planned, contracts are signed, your deposit is paid and that date is set for you!
Our work then begins, planning you dream wedding. Whether you want to be involved at every step of the way or just be kept informed of the progress is up to you, our couples have the final choice and we never forget that! As a Rainbow Bride you will receive unlimited email or telephone support for yourselves and your wedding party.
Planning Packages available
Hearts and Flowers package:
- Researching you wedding day requirements.
- Offering un-biased advice.
- Finding the Venue for your Marriage and reception and providing you with a comprehensive list of suggested suppliers.
- A copy of the Rainbow Weddings Planning book.
- To enable you to plan your wedding day with confidence.
Moonlight and Roses package:
- Personally Researching your Wedding day requirements.
- Offering un-biased advice.
- Finding the Venue for your Marriage and Wedding reception.
- Providing you with three quotations for each area of your wedding planning, i.e., photographer, Baker and wedding stationary.
- Booking and arranging payments with your chosen suppliers.
- A copy of the Rainbow Weddings Planning book.
Platinum & Diamonds:
- Personally Researching your Wedding day requirements.
- Offering un-biased advice.
- Full wedding planning service.
- Attendance on your wedding day to oversee and co-ordinate everything.
- Regular communication, email, post, telephone or personal meetings.
- Your own wedding Day PA.
With our Platinum and Diamond package you will also receive regular monthly updates by email and your own Wedding web pages with details, photographs and message board. When the big day arrives we will be there for you, your own PA for the day – leaving you to get on with enjoying the happiest day of your life.
Feature Packages
We understand that not everyone’s requirements are best suited to pre-formed packages, therefore we are pleased to offer separate areas of detailed planning as feature packages, providing you with support only in the areas where you most need it!
Extra hours are available at a rate of £25 per hour.
