Our planning packages begin with a complementary initial consultation where we discuss your ideas and dreams for your wedding day. We add a few ideas drawn from our experience and suggest ways of meeting your individual needs. From this meeting we put together your package, showing all the tasks we will be undertaking on your behalf. This will be sent via email or post for your perusal. Should you wish to proceed another meeting is planned, contracts are signed, your deposit is paid and that date is set for you!

• Suggesting the Venue for the Marriage and wedding reception.
• Suggesting format, readings, poetry and music for your service
• Negotiating with Venues, overseeing contracts, *paying deposits and ensuring *payments are made in good time.
• Overseeing all arrangements, with both suppliers and Venue.
• Advice on the legalities of Marriage and Wedding etiquette.
• Create your own personalised wedding web pages, with details, photographs and message board.
• Professional advice on venue design and decoration.
• Ideas to add those unique little finishing touches.
• Half price Wedding Shopping Safari, locally or London.
• Send out save the date cards and wedding invitations, with maps/direction cards.
• Co-ordinate RSVP, manage guest numbers, identify special dietary requirements, Children’s meals etc and inform caterers.
• Source overnight accommodation and taxis for guests.
• Booking Bridal party dress appointments.
• Support with speech writing and delivery.
• Arranging the bridesmaid’s picnic and or Bridal shower.
• Suggesting places for Hen and Stag parties/weekends.
